Dr. Kumari Obeyesekera joined us at Hills Doctors as a well experienced and highly professionally qualified GP. Kumari has 18 years of experience in clinical research including respiratory diseases, Asthma, and Allergy related problems. One of her co-authored research papers in respiratory diseases is selected to be one of the top ten papers in USA quite recently. She currently works as a clinician, and General practitioner consulting in various health areas in Sydney, Australia. She has completed her degrees in MBBS, DCH in Child health, DMM, and M.D in medical Micro biology and virology in USA, and Sri Lanka. She has been awarded FRACGP (Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) in Australia. She also has an excellent knowledge in management of administration.

She has conducted seminars and published several international papers related to respiratory diseases including Asthma related problems, some of which are selected as the best papers in the world:
